Adakah Kamu BUSUK??
Sebuah tips untuk bau badan, cara mengatasi atau menghilangkan bau badan sangat mudah sekali. Bau badan yang tidak sedap disebabkan karena keringat yang keluar dari tubuh kita. Keringat itu sendiri mengeluarkan bau karena pengaruh asupan makanan yang kita konsumsi setiap hari. Bau badan juga bisa ditimbulkan karena bau dari pakaian yang kita pakai.

Tips menghilangkan bau badan ada beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan antara lain sebagai berikut;
Pilih pakaian anda hati-hati untuk menghilangkan bau badan anda pakaian yang ketat dan berjenis sintetis menyebabkan lebih banyak keringat dari pada pakaian yang biasa. jadi sebisa mungkin pakai pakaian yg longgar dan terbuat dari katun agar badan anda dapat bernafas.
Gunakan deodorants dan antiperspirants, ini merupakan tips yang penting untuk mengatasi bau badan, anti-per spirants mengandung garam aluminium yang dapat mengurangi keringat dengan menutup saluran keringat. Deodorants, disisi lain mengandung antiseptic untuk melawan bakteri. deodorants membantu mengurangi bau tapi tidak mengurangi keringat yg terjadi. Pelihara kebersihan, mandi dengan teratur merupakan hal terpenting dalam melawan bau badan.
Hindari minuman yang panas agar keringat anda tidak keluar secara berlebih, minuman yang panas dapat meningkatkan panas badan dan meningkatkan keringat. jadi kalau anda mengkhawatirkan bau badan anda, ada baiknya membiasakan minum air dingin.
Gunakan parfum adalah salah satu cara pintas tips menghilangkan bau badan. Parfum mungkin tidak dapat mengatasi langsung keringat badan, namun mereka akan membantu ketika bau-bau tersebut terjadi.

Cukurlah bulu ketiak secara teratur. Untuk mencegah berkembangbiaknya bakteri, gunakan deodoran 12 jam setelah pencukuran, agar kulit tidak iritasi.
Gunakan deodoran atau anti perspirant setelah mandi pada lipatan-lipatan tubuh yang sering mengeluarkan keringat. Juga gunakan Deodoran pada kaki sebelum bersepatu. Sering-seringlah melepas sepatu jika kaki berkeringat.
Gunakan sabun antiseptik, terutama untuk daerah-daerah tubuh tertentu seperti dibawah lengan serta organ intim.
Beberapa bakteri yang umum bertanggung jawab untuk bau badan atau body odor termasuk micrococci, staphylococci, aerobik dan anaerobik corneforms, dan pityrosporum spesies. Memperbesar dan kelenjar apokrin menjadi aktif selama masa pubertas, dan stres juga dapat menyebabkan kelenjar mengerut, mengembangkan lebih banyak keringat dari kulit. Seorang suhu tubuh wanita akan meningkat lebih tinggi derajat penuh sebelum dia mengeluarkan keringat, yang menyebabkan laki-laki berkeringat lebih banyak daripada wanita. Orang-orang dengan kelebihan keringat moredue rambut juga banyak mereka rambut aprocrine kelenjar folikel di mana berasal. Kaukasia dan orang kulit hitam memiliki lebih aprocrine kelenjar dari Asia, yang, sebagai hasil keringat kurang. “Bromidrosis” adalah istilah medis yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi bau badan ofunpleasant diproduksi oleh kelebihan keringat. menjelang 03 Disember 2010, genaplah 25 tahun aku hidup di muka bumi ini..
di Sek. Keb. Kg. Raja, Pagoh, aku mendapat didikan awal..
disusuli dengan Sek. Men. Sultan Alauddin Riayat Shah 1 Pagoh, atau lebih dikenali dengan SARS1..
tahun 2004 menyaksikan aku melangkah masuk ke alam univeriti, UiTM Segamat dengan mengambil jurusan diploma Perakaunan..selama 4 tahun berdamping dengan Debit & Credit..(extra 1 tahun)..
hingga kini aku masih di bumi Segar Amat..tapi dalam bidang ijazah pula, ijazah Pengurusan Perniagaan- PEMASARAN..
selebihnya mengenai aku...akan datang tak lama lagi..
